We haven't got the illusion flawless customise glueless wig yet for my aunty but i want to talk about the customer service from Bisola Hair.
Well... It is the best customer service I ever dealt with. My aunty is losing her hair and she has Autism. She graduates on the 25th and she really needs a bespoke replacement wig before then. I bought her a wig from a company from China 3 months ago and its already bald! She tries so hard to cover the spots and my outgoing daughter is gone. So as a grad present I bought her a Customized Lace Frontal Wig in Russian Human Virgin Hair. It was so hard to keep the secret from her but I eventually had to tell her. She is so excited but also anxious to get it.
Thankfully Bisola Hair where really nice to send pictures on how are wig was being made. That made her very excited!!  She chats with them quite often and they are always so kind with her. Bisola calls nearly every week to have a chat with my aunty, I have never seen a woman so kind has her. She keeps telling me about Lity and how she made her feel better. THANK YOU BISOLA.. Also my younger daughter got inspired by her and is learning how to make wigs. I was told the wig will arrive before my duaghter's graduation, I am excited my self!
At Bisola Hair they treated us like gold. My aunty proved all of her "haters" wrong and now she is graduating College in Human Services. They told her she will never graduate or have beautiful hair.
